What happens when I make a purchase?
Ordering is simple, safe, and secure and the process is fast and easy to use.
Just browse the I Love Lexy website and add whatever you want to order to your shopping basket! Registration is only required to make a purchase, it is not needed to browse the products or add them to your shopping basket. Only when you are ready to complete your purchase is registration or any of your details required.
Why do I have to register?
Registering only takes a minute and will save you time, as once you have registered you can log into the site at any point in the future using your chosen username and password. From here you can view your order history and see the status of any orders you make. If you move house or change your name by deed poll you can edit those details here too!
What payments do you accept?
We currently only accept online payments using Pay Pal. You don’t need a Pay Pal account to pay this way as when you reach the Pay Pal website you can choose your method of payment from the credit card logos there. Pay Pal has a very safe 128 bit encryption key to protect your details and the transaction.
We also accept cheques! If you wish to pay by cheque select this option during the payment process and we will send you the address to post your cheque to. Your order will be dispatched once we have received your cheque and payment has cleared. We recognise that this method of payment does take slightly longer but also feel it’s important that people have an option. Not everyone wants their financial details floating about in cyberspace!
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the item/s you have ordered. This will include your unique order number which you should quote in any e-mails you may send us.
You’re not going to send me internet spam or junk mail are you?
No. We promise not to send you rubbish, and we will never pass your details onto any third parties. However from time to time you might receive an e-mail from us just to say “Howdy” and keep you up to date with our exciting news!
What happens if I forget my password?
Forgotten your password? Happens to us all! Just click on the “forgotten password” link and enter your e-mail address. You should immediately receive an e-mail with a replacement password which you can use to log in. Then you can change it back to something more memorable under the ‘My Account’ section of the website.
How much will postage cost me?
There is a flat rate of £2.50 on all postage so no matter how many items you purchase it will only cost you £2.50 to have them delivered!
Does the price on the website include tax?
All prices quoted on www.i-love-lexy.co.uk include VAT
How will my stuff be sent to me?
I Love Lexy currently only ships within the UK using Royal Mail first class postage as our delivery method.
Any orders placed before 12 midnight will normally be dispatched using Royal Mail first class delivery the next working day.
If an item has been unknowingly deleted from our stock catalogue we will inform you asap. We will always keep you updated with the progress of your item and are happy to answer any questions you may have, just e-mail us at sales@i-love-lexy.co.uk
If you want your item/s for a specific date please email us first so that we can see if completing your required order is possible.
As each item is unique and individual, should the item you wish to purchase be sold please contact us as we may be able to commission a similar item for you.
What happens if I need to return something?
Here at I Love Lexy we undertake at all times to provide excellent quality products to you, our customers, and hope you will be pleased with any items you decide to purchase from us.
However should you need to return an item please read the information below.
You may return a product only within 10 days of its dispatch provided that you first contact us via email at sales@i-love-lexy.co.uk to let us know you will be returning it. Once we receive your e-mail we will provide you with return address details. It is also advisable to obtain proof of postage when returning the item as we cannot provide a refund for items lost in the post. All items should be returned to us in their original condition.
1. If the product is damaged or faulty: whilst we make every effort to ensure the product reaches you in excellent condition, occasionally products may be imperfect and need to be returned to us. If the product is faulty then we will cover the cost of the return postage. In this case we can either send you out a replacement or refund your money according to your wishes. Please send us an e-mail at sales@i-love-lexy.co.uk with the words “damaged / faulty” in the title of the e-mail.
2. If the product you receive is not the one you ordered: If we have made a mistake and shipped the wrong product and we are at fault for this, we will cover the cost of the return shipping. In this case we can either send you out the correct item or refund your money according to your wishes. Please send us an e-mail at sales@i-love-lexy.co.uk with the words “incorrect order” in the title of the e-mail.
3. If you’ve changed your mind about the product you’ve received: as long as it is 10 days or less since we dispatched the item we will refund the cost of the item, however we will not refund the postage on an “unsuitable item”. Please send us an e-mail at sales@i-love-lexy.co.uk with the words “unsuitable item” in the title of the e-mail.
Can I return a sale item?
Unfortunately there is a strictly no return policy on all sale items purchased. When you purchase a sale item you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions.
